Cost sharing is a great option for those who want to split the cost of a photo shoot. By sharing the production costs with other interested parties, the shoot becomes more affordable for everyone involved. A 30% cost sharing fee is added for each additional party — this is a licensing fee for their use of the photos. With cost sharing, everyone pays a fair share and has access to professional photography without breaking the bank! Finding pricing information for architecture and design photography can be challenging since most photographers don't publish their fees. Up until recently, I kept my rates under wraps too. My new approach is centred around transparency and simplicity. That's why I created the packages above. I believe in making the process as easy as possible so you don't need to fill out a lengthy questionnaire or schedule a call just to get some basic pricing information. Simply choose the package that fits your budget and project size, and you're all set — from a small kitchen to an entire house. And when it comes to licensing, I've got you covered with unrestricted usage rights, giving you the freedom to use the photos however you want without worrying about any extra fees.

Each package comes with a broad usage license that allows you to use the images for any purpose, without any restrictions on how or where you use them. As a result, you have the freedom to showcase your beautiful spaces in any way you choose, without worrying about extra fees or limitations. The only condition is that you do not distribute or share the photos with others who have not obtained a license directly from me.

All packages include standard retouching to enhance the appearance of your photos! This will include compositing multiple frames for more dynamic and visually appealing images with greater depth and detail, colour correction for accurate and natural-looking colours, and cleanup for removing minor distractions, such as light switches, motion detectors, power outlets, cords, clutter, dust, stains, and other blemishes on walls, floors, and furniture.

For particularly demanding retouching needs, such as removing large objects or intricate cleanup, I offer advanced retouching for an additional rate of $75 per hour on top of my included standard retouching. If you require this type of retouching, please contact me for a custom quote and estimated turnaround time.

I'm based in London, ON.  For assignments beyond the 519 area code, a travel fee of 75¢ / km will be added to the total cost. For assignments outside of Ontario, travel expenses will be calculated based on the location, duration, and logistics. Please contact me for a personalized quote regarding travel requirements — expenses such as airfare, accommodation, and meals will be invoiced separately.

I require a 50% deposit of the chosen package to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and confirms my availability for your project. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of the final images — payment can be made through Interac e-Transfer or PayPal.
